Samsung Customer Care, Bangalore – Feedback!

I am very impressed with Samsung’s customer care here in Bangalore. Yesterday, there was an issue with my front loading washing machine. The water wasn’t getting pumped in. Though I tried everything I could by checking the manual, yet, the problem wasn’t fixed. So, I called up the washing machine dealer who directed me to the customer care at 080-30308282.

The customer care took my details and politely transferred the line to the technical support. Immediately, I got an SMS on my mobile phone with the reference number. The technical support tried to solve it over the phone but were unable to do so. Therefore, they fixed an appointment for a service visit to my residence today. At around 10 AM this morning, someone gave me a call and asked for the landmark. And by 2 PM, the issue was resolved. Now, that was excellent customer service!

I believe it is important for us, as consumers to appreciate great service and write elaborately on pathetic experiences. Down the line, this will result in greater CSAT experience for everyone.

    Purchased Samsung refrigerator 285 ltr from eZone – Indira Nagar,Bangalore on 1st May 2009. The delivery was done after 2 days and after 2 days engineer came to install and found it was damage and said will be replace in 15 days.Its 70 days now after paying full I am forced just waiting.Every time I call customer care 30308282,they say it will be replaced in 15 Days !!!. passed 4*15 days (60 Days over). How to trust Samsung now ??. It looks Samsung is wasting my warranty by giving such answer.. There is no end for 15 days.. How to move my complaint further.. My complaint#8410461233,Can anyone help.

    dear sir,
    I have purchased a slim 21″ tv 2 years ago. Due to thunder and lightening the tv has stopped working. my father back in my village has shown it to some local repairer he told that the ‘choker’ in the tv is not woking. when i came to know it i contacted the samsung technitian he refused to rapair as the tv has been opened by unauhorised person. I know that we have made a mistake but my kind request to you is that I always trust samsung products and I am expecting the required assistance from you I am ready to pay the expence. hope you understand the problem and resolve my problem at the earliest, thanking you

    Horrible service at samsung service centre in BTM layout.
    Once went for washing machine outlet.. Said they dont have stock and would take a weeks time. I got the outlet outside in local market.

    Next i went for inlet. The same happened again.

    This service centre is of no use to customers.

    complaint ref # 8403856206 for SAMSUNG Airconditioner, registered on April 28th, promised to be attended to the next day, (with messages of confirmation coming in by SMS which impressed me quite a bit, must say!), has still not been attended to!!!! to my sorrow. What the operations and company image protectors, especially at those companies who have to provide after sales services, must keep as their most Key Response Indicator - is TO ALWAYS maintain TRANSPARENT communication with the client/customer. Narrating my story: After the 28th April, I would call up each day until yesterday to ask for the needful, and would be told over the phone it will be attended to the same day (conversations transpired on 29th april, 2nd may and 3rd may). In case it is not going to happen, SAY SO, do not keep in the dark. Moreover the customer does not have time to keep on following up and receiving the same assurances.

    NUTSHELL - the customers confidence slips in a large company, he/she badmouths the issue, creates doubts among potential customers.....would any good company want that??
    I come from the service industry myself and the most important thing that has been taught to us is 'expectation management" of the customer....do not raise hopes if it is not achievable, the customer will understand, however do not do the opposite - raise hopes and not deliver!!!! Then the customer gets wild....

    Am Naushad H , I had a problem in semi automatic washing machine. the problem nature was all white cloths gets a yellow pathches, I can feel this is hidden problem, hence I had called to the customer care the customer care lady guided me very good and with pateince. Really i appriciate the suppor and service..

  11. Samsung front load wasingmechine was purchased on 25th-may-2010 at Reliance Degital, conninghom road bangalore. Reliance show room people told me that they will take care of the problems till 2 year.
    Reliance technician came to my home for demostration. But, he found some problem DE (Door Error)
    he called to Samsung Customer care , registered complaint.

    So far no body responded, till 5-Jun-2010.

    VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE from RELIANCE and SAMSUNG.

    I got a Samsung Washing Machine 2 weeks before and in spite of calling up several times to the customer care for installation and demonstration they have not come. Every time I call up to the customer care they promise to come the next day but have not turned up.

  14. I have been a regular Samsung customer, My LCD TV, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, CRT TV are all Samsung. However I seem to have made a big mistake in relying on a company with such pathetic customer support.

    My refrigerator is having issues for the last 3 months now - earlier the shelves had cracked for which we had gone to the Bangalore Service centre - where we were told that the shelves are out of stock - we were asked to come back after a week. I must have visited atleast 4 -5 times to get the same response and the last couple of visits the response has been added with a sarcasm as to why this person keeps coming back.

    For the last one month the Freezer has started leaking affecting the vegetables etc. We have logged multiple complaints with the customer support and given BP numbers which do not get actioned. Last BP No.8404149708.

    What is apalling is the lack of basic customer care - not a single person has visited our house - inspite of our assuring them that even if the refrigerator is out of warranty we are ready to pay whatever is the customer service charges.

    This is unbecoming of a company like Samsung.

    we own a samsung television which is not working since 2 months. I registered a complaint @ customer care [ comp no- 8411982064] but till date none of them dared to attend my compliant. Now i think we have to use samsung products till warranty period expires after that we should sell them to scrap dealers.

  18. I bought Samsung 40 inch LCD TV. I called up to customer care for demo and installation, 3 days back. Till now, no one has turned up.

    Now I'm worried, Did a made a mistake in purchasing SAMSUNG product.

    i got samsung microwave oven. i called the customer care for a demo and installation on sunday 7th novenber 2010. they said the same evening they will send a representative.... its 4 days passed but no one as turned up.

    I am very disappointed with the lack of interest of Samsumg customer care in Bangalore. I have been trying to have a technician to see my refrigerator that is not cooling on the bottom since from 5 days. I have insistentely called them until yesterday they finally sent someone. The guy said he could not fix the refrigerator on that day and he would come the next day (today) to replace some defective piece. He didn't show up. I lost all the food that was in the refrigerator including what was in the freeaer the engeneer (?) said I should turn off the applaince to defrost it. I have never seen such a bad service. Shame!

  21. It's great to know that Samsung Call Center do have an impressive Customer Care Support. I am hoping that with what they have and do right now, they would still improve to be able to give the best for their customers.

[very very unsatisfied customer. no words to explain} in haasan sector your service is very worst. i have your company washing machine and Lcd. but from 1 and half months our washing machine is not working.. i complaint in shop n your employees [tanveer, salleem, rakshith, praveen, somashakar] they didnot response n misbehave with me.. this is too much.. 1st you guide to your employees how to react, how to behave with customer.. at 1st i refer to my friends n relatives to buy your products.. from now i'm telling dont buy any samsung products.. why should i refer.. we spent money for good things n good service.. [somany good companies are there] customer expect this.. is not it? you think as a customer.. if you like this continue day by day your sales decrese.. this is sure... once again i'm telling you 1st guide to your employees in hassan division how to solve problems and HOW TO BEHAVE with customer

    i booked a complaint about faukty samsung washing machine about a month back. A technician visited our house and after cheching the machine, he declared taht some part is to be replaced and he will come again next day.Since a month passed no one has turned-up(till 10-01-2011). Once again i have booked another complaint bearin No8415879886.Will the authorities concerned do something now?

    for the first time have tried out samsung mobile. an its still brand new just 1week ago i purchased it but its not working properly at Al. when i asked it about the problem in sangita show they asked me to go service center but now i am tryin to call to customer care they are not at all responding at all. first when i called them they told me that they will call me back but no respond at al..

    I purchased a 46 flat screen tv because consumer reports said you were one of the best i registered it for the extra 3 months warranty good thing I did the power board went out after 14 months warranty covered getting it fixed and now almost a year later power board going out again is this a problem other people are having? very disapointed with your product.

    I am the regular user of samsang front loading washing machine but on complain at customer care phone no.08030308282 regarding repair as it is not working NO RESPONS FROM SAMSANG CUSTOMER CARE AS YET. I am very unsatisfied with there respons.
    PLEASE SEE HOW WE WILL BELIVE ON SUCH A REPUTED BRAND LIKE SAMSANG.

    My LCD TV, bought about 6 months back gives electric shock near the antenna point. I have registered my complaint on 05th January 2012. My complaint No. 8420909350. On 10th January 2012, a service engineer came and said that the power unit is faulty. that is why the current pass through the antenna point. The same should be replaced.

    If there is quality check done, this defective piece should not have reached the customer i-e me.

    I had called the customer care again and told them about the service engineer's report. The supervisor, who attended my call promised that he would get back to me about the replacement. Till today, neither he called nor the fault is rectified. Samsung's after sales service is very bad and deteriorating day by day. Customers will have to think twice before going for samsung products.

    All samsung products are designed only for the warranty period service. The micro-oven, which I bought worked only for one year. on the 13th month, the motor went bad and since, it is beyond the warranty period, I had to pay and repair the same. It worked only for a short while again, it went out of order.

    PLEASE DO NOT OPT FOR SAMSUNG PRODUCTS ANY MORE. NEITHER THE PRODUCTS NOR THE SERVICE IS GOOD.

    I am from India and using Samsung Galaxy Y. Some days ago, I went to Samsung Service Centre, as got some water damage. And they checked that, and told me that the phone touch and jack are destroyed and have to replace these. I said okay coz my phone was under warranty. But they told me that they would charge me 4000/-. As it was near the half amount of new phone’s price. Then I went to another service centre and they told me to charge 1600/-. So I gave my phone to them as they were charging less amount then first one. But my some of friends told me that they have charged me unnecessarily. Because if our any product is under warranty, the company pay for their repair. So I contacted the centre for same but they didn’t respond me for my issue. So, I filed my complaint in Consumer Court. I just hope for great help from their side as soon as possible. I just shared my experience to aware you guys. I hope it worked.

    I purchased a Samsung Galaxy ACE Mobile from Spice Hotspot Marathahalli,Bangalore.I really displeased on this cell.It is showing a lot of problem like Network issue like every time gap the network is flucating ,so many times hanging ..I went Marathahalli Servicing center 2 rimes and they did something but my issue is not yet resolved.I am facing a lot of Problem even i am planning to buy some other company cell..Kindly request you to resolve the issue as early as possible.I am using Samsung set last 10 years.

  41. I have registered a complaint on 15-4-13 for my samsung washing machine which is just two years old. I was forced to call the service centre, several times to remind them of my complaint and still they have not resolved the issue. The service personnel are very arrogant. when we tell them that we will write to their higher ups, they simply bang the receiver telling us to do what ever we like to do. if this is going to be the attitude of the samsung employees even god cannot help for their survival. In fact i have their refrigerator and had their TV. quality of the samsung products are very poor. It last only for three to four years .
